I guess you already read and watched tons of advice about forming a habit, so let’s take a look on the other side, meaning let’s take a look at myths of forming habits. Important to know if we want to take off some unnecessary pressure from our backs because we already have enough of our shit. 😊

I surely love sunny days, actually I adore them, but you know when you’re in your overthinking mode and dealing with loads of negative and stressful thoughts that you wouldn’t even notice a dog rubbing his tool into your revealed leg which you didn’t shave in months because you couldn’t bother with the basics of hygiene?
